Ecuador Regreens the Galápagos

My latest piece for Wired describes the recent high-tech efforts to "re-green" the place, using wind and solar power, a new green airport and a new fuel handling facility.

More and more visitors plus more and more inhabitants means a rising environmental impact. This is just the beginning.
